Must pass a national criminal background check and be cleared by the Arkansas Child Maltreatment Registry prior to beginning employment.

Paraprofessional

1.  Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

2.  Must have completed a minimum of 60 hours at an accredited college or have passed the Praxis ParaPro exam with a minimum score of 457.

3.  Must exhibit a reasonable degree of proficiency in reading, writing and mathematics.

4.  Must demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
